How We Begin

Making Contact Can Sometimes Feel Like the Hardest Part

You may know exactly what has brought you here, or simply know that something isn't right. When you first get in touch, we can talk briefly about what is happening and, if it feels right, arrange an introductory session.

I call this an Introductory Session rather than an assessment. It is an opportunity for us to meet. I'll want to hear something about what has brought you here, but I also want you to have the opportunity to get a sense of me.

What is it like to sit with me? Can you imagine talking to me about the things that matter to you? Do you feel there is something here that could develop between us?

You don't have to make a decision immediately. If we both feel we would like to work together, we can agree a regular time and begin.

How long we work together

There isn't a right or wrong length of time. Some people come with something specific they want to explore; others want the opportunity to work more deeply over a longer period. We can allow the work to develop according to what you need.

Making contact

You're welcome to contact me by email, text or telephone. I offer sessions in person in Bristol and online via Zoom, with appointments during the day and early evening.
