Perhaps you've been thinking about talking to someone for a while. You may know what has brought you here, or simply have a growing sense that something doesn't feel right.
You may feel lost or disconnected from yourself, caught in familiar ways of living or relating, or struggling with something you have never quite been able to put into words. Perhaps a relationship has become difficult, or you find yourself questioning who you are, where you belong, or why life feels harder than it once did.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need or how to explain what is happening. We can start wherever you are and take it from there.
Individual Psychotherapy
A place to begin making sense of what is happening in your life, in your relationships and within yourself. We can become curious about the patterns you find yourself repeating and what they may be telling you.

Couples Psychotherapy
When something between you has changed, couples psychotherapy can offer a way of slowing things down and understanding what is happening in the relationship. I am not there to decide who is right or wrong, but to help both of you notice what has brought you to this point and what might be possible from here.

A little about me
I'm a Counselling Psychotherapist and have been practising for fourteen years. For me, psychotherapy is fundamentally about relationship. I bring my experience, knowledge and curiosity, but you are the one who knows what it is like to live your life.
How we begin
Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and get a sense of whether we might work well together. You don't need the right words and there is no expectation that you make a decision immediately.
I work with individuals and couples in person in Bristol and online via Zoom. You're welcome to get in touch by email, text or telephone.
